  • Minimum nights stay is 2 nights. (2 nights at slightly higher fee.)

  • Thanksgiving is the same rate as winter daily rates.

  • No smoking home.

  • Pets accepted at an additional daily fee.

  • No charge for local calls.

  • Linens and towels provided.

  • Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM.

  • If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing check in and check out times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our new guests.
